Whether you want to take it out for laps on the track or just drive around Naples and watch bystanders be struck by its beauty, the 2015 Nissan GT-R is the performance sports coupe you've been dreaming of. And Sutherlin Nissan of Ft. Myers in Ft. Myers, FL, wants to make that dream a reality by offering you an incredible deal on this fabulous piece of engineering perfection. So head out of Naples and into our showroom and we'll grab the keys -- it's time to slip into the cockpit and take the 2015 Nissan GT-R for a spin!
Let's burn rubber and see how the 2015 Nissan GT-R holds up against the Chevrolet Corvette.
A performance sports car doesn't get that moniker without a powerful engine under the hood. And you get two unbelievably potent choices in the 2015 Nissan GT-R which can launch it like a rocket. Pop the hood and find either a 3.8L twin-turbocharged V6 which produces a massive 545 horses and 463 lb-ft of torque, or a NISMO-tuned 3.8L high-capacity twin-turbocharged V6 engine which generates a crazy 600 hp and 481 lb-ft of torque. Don't expect to find anything near that in the Corvette Stingray, which offers one 6.2L V8 engine with 455 hp and 460 lb-ft. of torque. But the Corvette Z06, which is a completely different model and specifically built for racing, does come with a supercharged V8 with 650 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque.
You don't have to be a NASCAR driver to want optimal comfort in your performance coupe, but you'll get it in the 2015 Nissan GT-R. With front headroom at 38.1 inches and legroom stretching to 44.6, you'll be much more comfortable than in the cockpit of the Corvette, which only offers 37.9 inches of headroom and 43 inches of legroom. In a car as tight as a sports coupe, every inch counts.
Don't try this at home -- or even on any Florida entrance ramp. This is the stuff that racetracks were made for, as the NISMO GT-R can propel from 0-60 in only 2.9 seconds! Compare that to the Chevy Corvette, which clocks in at 3.8 seconds (even the Corvette Z06 race car comes in lower than the GT-R at 2.95). Both are impressive, but the GT-R is much MORE impressive! And with the 2015 Nissan GT-R's top track speed of 191 mph, it easily outperforms the Corvette's 175 mph.View Inventory
